Stay Gold Coffee Co. is a small-batch roastery based out of Morgan county, TN. We source 100% organic, single origin coffees from multiple origins around the world. We are passionate about roasting with a bean-centric mentality, allowing each specific coffee and it's variables(region, variety, processing method) to dictate our roasting decisions with the ultimate goal of bringing out the natural and intrinsic flavor profiles of each bean. This is why with us, you won't find any dark-roasted or flavored coffees. 

Owners Dani and Zach met in 2016 in Fort Collins, Colorado, and began roasting coffee in a college duplex using a Whirly-Pop popcorn maker. Over the years as our knowledge grew, we traded our Whirly-Pop for professional equipment and what started as a hobby turned into a small business selling coffee at local farmers markets. Now, you can find us at lots of markets, pop-up events. and local stores around the East TN area.
